Hi there, I’m Jess!
I’m a speech language pathologist with over ten years of experience working in the field.
I also have a passion for living a holistic, naturally-minded lifestyle. I like to use my knowledge and education in natural and alternative health practices to inform my work with my speech and language clients. I find that many of these modalities and ways of viewing the body provide us with an understanding of what may be underlying a person’s challenges.
I have worked in many different settings including:
A rehabilitation hospital, children’s treatment centre, school board, augmentative and alternative communication clinic, and in private practice focusing on individuals with brain injuries. I enjoy working with both children and adults to meet their communication goals.
I also am a certified subconscious reprogramming coach with an extensive understanding of the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind is the main driver of our experience. I use this understanding to help my clients successfully implement the lifestyle changes they desire.
I believe that creating a solid, healthy foundation is paramount to meeting your speech and language goals, or any goals for that matter!
